Terms and Conditions

  • All GPS devices sold by TaifaTek are intended for legal tracking use only.
  • Ownership of the device transfers to the customer after full payment.
  • Installation must be done by TaifaTek or approved agents.
  • Subscription charges begin after installation and account activation.
  • Monthly subscriptions cover technical support, data, and dashboard access.
  • Failure to pay may lead to suspension of services without notice.
  • Devices include a 3-month limited warranty for manufacturer faults only.
  • Damages caused by water, misuse, or tampering are not covered.
  • All customer data is confidential and accessed only by the registered user.
  • TaifaTek is not responsible for network failures, theft, or misuse of the device.

Refund Terms

  • Devices can be returned within 7 days if unused and in original condition.
  • Refunds apply only to devices with verified manufacturer defects.
  • Refunds are not available for subscriptions, installation fees, or used data.
  • No refunds for devices damaged by water, impact, or tampering.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days after approval.
  • Customers must return the device to the nearest TaifaTek center or agent.
